If our USA warehouse is out of stock, then obviously we will ship it from our Canadian location for you.

* Most shipments are done DAILY, Mon. - Fri. - (Canada Post does not deliver on weekends) * Free shipping, if stated in a listing, is only valid for buyers in continental Canada & USA and any duty or customs charges to your country are the responsibility of the buyer.
* International buyers must contact us for a shipping quote FIRST before buying.
* Please note that we always ship within 1 to 2 business days where possible, and also please note that Canada Post does not deliver on weekends. If you purchase & pay for an item on a Friday afternoon, then in most cases, it will ship out on the following Monday.
* All of the shipping prices shown include full insurance, quality inspection, packaging & handling, and we pride ourselves on having the lowest shipping prices possible.
* When rating us for shipping time please rate us on how fast we get your order to the post office, and NOT how fast the post office gets your item to you, as we have no control over that or any delays that may arise at Customs, etc.
METHODS OF SHIPPING-
1. EXPEDITED-
Canada Post/USPS most common level of safe shipping. Canadian buyers get a tracking number with this level of shipping.
U.S. buyers get a confirmation number only (no tracking), and Canada Post/USPS quote the average delivery time averages to be 7-14 business days, depending on Customs and location.
2. XPRESSPOST-
This is Canada Post/USPS higher level of safe shipping. Canadian buyers get a tracking number, and fast service- usually 1-3 days. Buyers from the U.S. also get a full tracking number, and shipments are guaranteed to arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on location. This is a bit more expensive, and if you would like to upgrade to this service, simply send us an email.
3. DIRECT via UPS FROM THE USA TO THE USA-
This service is available in many of our listings to our U.S. buyers, and in many cases is at no extra charge when items are shipped via UPS directly from our warehouse in the U.S.A. - Our U.S. buyers really love this service that we offer, as they save loads of time in transit, and money in duty charges, etc by having their item shipped directly to them from the U.S.
Returns:
Items direct shipped to the USA from the USA-
In the extremely rare event that you encounter a problem with your item that was direct shipped to you from the U.S., (ie, damaged or not as described) just contact us first, and we will give you the Return Authorization number, and it will go back to them for a replacement. It must have all of the original packaging, warranty papers, original strings still in place, pick guard plastics still in place, etc. "Buyers remorse", is not a valid reason to return an item, and all returns to our US supplier will be fully inspected before a replacement is sent out. We will pay the return freight, and work with you to ensure you a top notch, professional buying experience. Refunds will only be allowed if a replacement item is not available.
Items shipped from us here in Canada-
If you have a problem with an item that was shipped by us here in Canada, notify us within 7 days first before returning it. Returns will be handled with the item being exchanged FIRST(depending on availability) or money refunded, at our discretion. Keep in mind, we cannot accept returns on items listed in the BLEMS & CLOSEOUT DEALS category. After contacting us prior to returning your item, and a return is authorized, we will give you the RA (Return Authorization) number that you must affix to the package. Any returns arriving without this number will be refused and sent back. NO EXCEPTIONS.
(NOTE: Buyers remorse is not a valid reason for returning an item). Returns must have all of the original packaging, warranty papers, original strings still in place, pick guard plastics still in place, etc. When returning an item for inspection, the Shipping/ Handling both ways is NON refundable, unless the item was received not as described or damaged, in which case the shipping is on us.
