METHODS OF SHIPPING-
1. CANADA- Shipments within Canada are via Fedex or Canada Post. (3-9 days delivery is average, and even faster the closer you are to Ontario)
2. USA - Shipments to the USA are via Fedex or Canada Post/USPS and they quote the average delivery time averages to be 7-14 business days, depending on Customs and location, and please keep in mind that items going into the USA from Canada may be delayed slightly by Customs. If you live in the USA and need your item faster, PLEASE ASK, and we will give you a quote fror a higher level of shipping if it is not already shown.
3. USA TO THE USA - This service is available in some of our listings to our U.S. buyers, and in many cases is at no extra charge when items are shipped via UPS directly from our warehouse locations in the U.S.A. - Our U.S. buyers really love this service that we offer, as they save loads of time in transit, and money in duty charges, etc by having their item shipped directly to them from the U.S. (This service is only available if the item is in stock in our US locations- please inquire)

14 day Return Policy:
If you have a problem with an item that was shipped by us here in Canada, you MUST notify us immediately when you receive it, first before returning it, to obtain an RA number.
14 days starts when you receive the item, and allows you a few days to inspect your item, and still get it shipped back to us within 14 days of your receiving the item. Returns are normally handled with your money refunded, less the shipping charges BOTH WAYS, or if the item requires an exchange, we are happy to do that for you as well, depending on availability. After contacting us prior to returning your item, and a return is authorized, we will give you the RA (Return Authorization) number that you must affix to the package. Any returns arriving without this number will be refused and sent back. NO EXCEPTIONS. (NOTE: Please understand that "buyers remorse" is not a valid reason for returning an item). Returns must have all of the original packaging, warranty papers, original strings still in place, pick guard plastics still in place, etc. When returning an item, the Shipping/ Handling both ways is NON refundable, unless in rare cases, the item was received not as described or damaged, in which case the shipping is on us, and we will look after notifying the shipping company for reimbursement if necessary.
We will always try to make it easy for you, and if a simple repair or adjustment is required, such as sending you a missing or replacement part, or guiding you through an adjustment procedure, etc, we will do that for you first. If you decline having us send the parts to you for an easy fix and still want to return your item, then shipping both ways is non refundable, as we have done everything possible to make it right for you, and meet the listing description terms.

Items direct shipped to the USA from our warehouses in the USA-

In the extremely rare event that you encounter a problem with your item that was direct shipped to you from the U.S., (ie, damaged or not as described) just contact us first, and we will give you the Return Authorization number, and it will go back to them for a replacement. It must have all of the original packaging, warranty papers, original strings still in place, pick guard plastics still in place, etc. Please understand that "buyers remorse" is not a valid reason to return an item, and all returns to our US supplier will be fully inspected before a replacement is sent out. We will pay the return freight, and work with you to ensure you a top notch, professional buying experience. Refunds can only be allowed if a replacement item is not available.
