At BjsBox of Toys, our aim is to maintain this high standard, so our customers can soon enjoy their new addition to their toys, just as much as we enjoy being able to make someone happy, by providing the quick service and the top quality toys.
At BjsBox of Toys, with any purchases that are made, and have been paid for in full, the parcel is usually shipped the same day, or by the end of the next business day. All of our parcels are shipped with Canada Post, usually by Air mail for the smaller lighter parcels, and by Surface mail for the bigger heavier parcels. Shipping notices are sent to each customer as soon as their purchase has been shipped at the Post Office.
At BjsBox of Toys, we leave feedback for every purchase once we know the transaction is complete. We consider the transaction to be complete, once you notify us that you have received your item and are happy with your purchase. You can notify us, either by leaving positive feedback or by sending an e-mail telling us that you received the item in good condition and are happy with your purchase.
At BjsBox of Toys, all purchases are carefully packed with light weight stuffing, in specially designed, and hand crafted packaging. We do this so that all purchases should arrive in the same fine condition, as when they were carefully packed and shipped to the customer.
At BjsBox of Toys, all our parcels are well labelled with computer generated address labels, and Customs forms. All the address labels use a common font type, so the Post Office scanners will have no problem reading where a parcel is going to. This labelling standard ensures that the parcel wont end up in some postal bin for a couple of days, where a postal worker gets to decipher a bunch of hand writing, that the scanner could'nt read.
At BjsBox of Toys, we accept and prefer PayPal as a form of payment to cover the costs for any purchase. Unfortunately we do not accept Bank Drafts, Cashiers Cheques, or any other kinds of money orders, and we do not accept personal cheques, for any purchases.
At BjsBox of Toys, all of our toys are new, and most of the time the toys are fresh out of the case, in an all around perfect condition. If for some reason, the packaging on an item is in anyway damaged, with such things as a crease in the card, or a noticeable dent in the clear plastic bubble, there will be a detailed description of the damaged packaging, in the details of the item listing.
