My name is June Herron. Since you clicked on my page it must mean you are curious as to who is behind CAMtria and what we are all about. Read on to find out.

I decided to start this company, not because I went to some seminar and got sold on a "get rich quick scheme" or bought into some internet ad promising millions of dollars if I followed their recipe for success, but because I needed a way to break my bond to the regular 40 hour a week job that kept me away from my family.

I did not happen upon this type of business by accident. I have 10 years of experience in inventory control and management for a well known worldwide corporation, and another 10 years of experience working as a purchaser for a multibillion dollar corporation based in the US. It did not take me long to realize that I was well suited for this type of business. I can take all the skills I accumulated in the workforce and put them to work for me. Why do I mention this, because I want the person at the other end of the wire to know that I am not someone that decided one day to put a few listing up on Ebay and see what happens. I have the knowledge to hunt down the best deals on the best products and offer them at a fair price to anyone who may need them. I also have enough experience to know that I have a lot to learn, this is the first time I have gone out on my own and put my own money and reputation at risk.

I am not new to Ebay, I have been using it to purchase items for myself and for others for a few years now. During those years I learned what I liked and didn`t like.

• I liked the variety and quantity of items available.

• I liked that I could shop from the comfort of my own home for just about anything under the sun.

• I liked having email conversations with the many friendly sellers that I came across.

• I liked the anticipation of checking the mail to see if that package I ordered arrived.

• I liked all the fun I had going from listing to listing and seeing the creativity and imagination people put into their listings.

These are some of the qualities we will try to incorporate into our style.

• I never liked sellers that took 2 weeks to ship my item once it was paid for.

• I never liked not hearing from a seller once I paid them my money.

• I never liked hearing that the item I purchased didn`t work because of something I did wrong.

• I never liked waiting to receive my feedback only if I left feedback. As a buyer, once I purchase an item, and promptly pay for it, my end of the transaction is done and should receive my feedback regardless of if and when I leave feedback.

These are some of the issues we will try to avoid at CAMtria.

We are not the biggest company out there, nor is that our goal. I do not think we will always be the lowest price out there either, but lowest price always comes at a cost.  I can make the following promises to anyone who purchases from us:

• We do not rely on drop shippers, every item we list is in stock and ready to be shipped.

• We will test every item before we ship it.

• We will only list reputable items at a fair price.

• We will avoid items with a high rate of returns.

• We will answer every email or inquiry within 24 hours (usually much faster).

• We will ship every item sold within 2 business days of payment.

• If a problem arises, we will not ignore you or blame you for the problem, we will deal with it and find a resolution that will make everyone happy.

I am not interested in selling one item to one person. I want you to be satisfied enough to make us your first visit every time you need something we have to offer.
