Hi there!

My name is Cheryl and I live in the capital city of Canada, Ottawa, Ontario.  I am married to an avid outdoorsman and I am the mother of two young daughters.  My two little girls Emily and Grace were my inspiration for getting started selling on ebay.  Of course, when I had my first little girl, I wanted to buy all of those toys that I had when I was a little girl (dare I admit that was in the  70's).  I started buying from other sellers and I was HOOKED!!  What a great idea EBAY was!!

After being classified as "disabled" for chronic migraines returning to work after having my second daughter and having to stay at home, I started selling a few items on EBAY as a hobby to keep me sane when I felt well.  When it was time to return to work, I realized that this time I had with my young children was too precious and I would be missing too much if I went back to work now.  I decided to sell on Ebay for my income!

Now, I have sold to thousands of happy customers, all over the world, looking for all kind of odd and eccentic things, to many parents looking for that one of a kind toy that their child has their heart set on. 

My philosophy is easy.  Because most of the items I sell have been previously owned, I am very picky about the items, I will sell.  I will not sell anything that I would not purchase myself.  I have purchased items before and when they arrive, I am disappointed.  I NEVER want a customer to feel that way about an item that they purchased from me.  I have been told that I pass up on too many items that I could sell.  That is fine - I would rather pass it up than sell a piece of junk to someone who has worked hard for their money.

I LOVE A SHOPPING CHALLENGE - If you have something that you are looking for and can't find it, let me know.  I love a challenge.  I am out a couple of times a week looking for items for my store and trying to fill special requests for people.  Think of me as your personal shopper - Who knows, I might just have it in my basement somewhere!!

Selling on EBAY has been a wonderful experience for me.  I can sell every day, I can work in the morning when my kids are at school, package and ship at night, lie down if I have a migraine and I never have to sit in traffic, call in sick or ask a boss's permission for a long lunch hour to play with my children!!
