Chrome_Castle Chrome Castle started life as a Multi-Line BBS in Toronto back in the late 80's through 1998 or so. It has been resurrected on eBay as my store. Like the old BBS, it's got lots of different rooms, rather than concentrating on one type of thing. Most of what's in the store comes from the auctions I go to on a fairly constant basis. I never know what I'll find, and I can never say with any certainty that I will or won't have the same thing next week. That's where I came from and how I stock the store. As for how I run my business, I like to think I keep it simple. I don't give you pages of legalese regarding shipping and returns and how I'm not responsible for anything. I detest those ads that consist of one or two lines of information and then 3 pages of legal junk. It's eBay, not the supreme court!! I'll give you as much info as I can, links to the manufacturers site, retailers selling the item, whatever else I can find. That way you know what you're bidding on and there are no surprises. As for my refund policy, I don't have one. But I will say that I will do whatever it takes for you to be happy with anything you buy from me. Goods Satisfactory, or I'll Fix It! I don't charge any handling fees. I charge you whatever the Canada Post website says shipping is to where you are. None of that $5.00 for the item and $150.00 for shipping that I see all too often. You pay what shipping costs. That's it. Nice and simple. The way commerce should be. Listings To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received. Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
