Shipping

1. We will arrange the shipment within 2 business days after the payment was confirmed by us.
2. All orders are delivered by Express or Registered Mail. In some cases, orders may be unable to be delivered to PO BOX subject to express company's policy.
3. You will receive our delivery notification once your order was sent out
4. The Express Company will take about 3~5 business days for shipment, while Registered Mail will spend two weeks. Meanwhile, in some seldom cases, the delivery period may be from 10-20 days due to customs clearance or incorrect shipping address.
5. If you do not receive the product within 20 days, please inform us as soon as possible.

Terms of Acceptance
1. We are not responsible for loss or damage of uninsured packages; we will compensate the amount that Courier Company offers to us. Insurance is optional.
2. We are not responsible for any import tax, customs fee, or customs delay. If the parcel return back to us due to the buyers refuse to pay the above fee, we would NOT send the parcel again unless the buyer complete those fee and pay ALL the return and resend cost.
3. We reserve the right to cancel the auction at any time for any reason.
4. We will arrange shipment within 2 business days after clearance of payment. We use DHL, FEDEX, UPS for our international shipment. We will choose the lowest price for your cities. They usually take 3 working days to delivery to most of the international cities. In our experience, around 10% items will take longer than that due to the customs clearance.

Import Tax.
1. Some countries' customs may charge taxes for importing goods from another country such as Import Duty, Value Added Tax, A Purchase Tax, Customs clearance fees etc.
2. Buyers as importer are responsible for paying any such costs. Buyer can not request to cancel the auction or request for refund under this situation.
3. In our experience, around 92% can reach to the buyers without any taxes.
4. We will try our best to help our buyer to minimize the risk of paying taxes, but you still find the price is lower than standard even you are chosen to pay taxes.
5. If buyer has questions about import tax, please check with your local tax authorities BEFORE purchasing.

FAQ

Delivery and shipment tracking.
- we will provide the tracking number of the shipment after we have confirmed payment. DHL, Fedex, UPS are the shipping methods which provide tracking services. Delivery takes about 2 to 3 days for Asia and around 5 working days or more for other international delivery.

Warranty

1) If defective within 7 days (count from delivery date, not human-caused faulty), you could return it to us for replacement.
2) If defective between 8 days and 12 months, we will offer free repairing service.
3) In warranty period, the buyer and seller are responsible for 1 way of shipping cost respectively. We will pay for the shipping from our place to yours while buyer should pay the return cost.
4) If we have checked but found the item is working fine, the buyer should pay for 2 ways of shipping cost.

Our supplier's certified technicians will test all items before shipment.
Mail us immediately once you find the products have any problem. We will offer you a return number to return the item if needed. The returned item will not be checked or repaired without the return number.

*Remark: email us if you find any technical problem during installation.
Most of the problems are because of misuse or incorrect installation. PLEASE check carefully before sending the item(s) back as we will not be responsible for any shipping cost if we find the product is not faulty as you described. THE RIGHT TO JUDGE THE DEFECTIVENESS IS FROM OUR SUPPLIER'S REPORT. Please inform us by email before sending out the item(s).

As we send back the defective item to the factory, it normally takes time. It depends on the complexity of the technical problem. Please be patient during the time for repairing.

We recommend our buyers to install all of our products by professional installer and check before installation. Installation fee is NOT included if replacement or repairing is taken

Shipping Cost
- as we cannot control the increase in the price of oil, we may revise our shipping cost in line with any increase impose by DHL, Fedex and UPS but we will committed to provide fair shipping charges
- shipping does not include any applicable duties and taxes at the country of destination. Please check with your local authority on laws and duties governing importation.
