1. What exactly is it that you sell - I love your designs but am a little confused as to what I'm getting?
Actually we do sell mostly invitation designs and then a lot of buyers have us make matching graphics for other party pieces for things such as matching cake graphics, party favor labels, candy wrappers, thank you graphics, treat bag labels etc. Fancy Nancy Designs is your ONE STOP source for PROFESSIONAL custom design personalized all occasion cards, photo birthday party invitations, children's birthday party matching pieces and so much more! We also provide superior custom creations for Baptisms, Christenings, birth announcements, baby showers, graduations, wedding showers, weddings etc.. As our clients return for new businss they often bring requests for new products so please do check often as we're growing all the time! You are actually paying for OUR TIME to create your design and provide you with a file that you can print yourself or have us upload to order prints from your local photo lab (certain restrictions apply). We prefer if you handle your printing yourself, it is quite easy to do, but we can accommodate uploading for you for $2 fee.


2. How does this process work?
First you purchase the auction and pay for it. You will be contacted to provide us with your photo and information via email. We create your personalized graphic for you and you receive a proof via email. Once you approve that proof, your graphic is finalized and sent to you. If you choose our $2 upload service, we can also upload to certain local photo labs and you can then order 4 x 6 photo prints for approx .19/copy (depending on which photo lab you choose).


3. How do I send my information and photos?
You email me your information and photos. If you are using photos from your digital camera, please be sure to take them at highest resolution possible. I prefer to work with 1mb file or larger and I do not work with online photo galleries such as snapfish etc. They are low resolution images and the quality of your finshed product will be inferior if using low resolution Please provide digital photos as inserts in your email. Note for HOTMAIL users.  Be sure to INSERT FILE not photo or picture as hotmail automatically resizes your photos to low res that way. If you are scanning, be sure to choose 300 dpi resolution. If you don't have a scanner and want to use a hard copy of a photo you have, go to your local office copy store and I'm sure they will provide a high resolution scan for you for approx $5 and then you can email that to me.


4. How long does this take and what are the schedule options?
We value 100% customer service and therefore we've had to increase our schedules to ensure that we can meet our on-time deliveries. Schedules are generated based on the time of receipt of your payment, invitation information and photos are as follows.

5. How many photos can I have on my invitation? Can you remove my child from the original photo?
Please note that your design can include up to 3 photos that are in box/circle or with halo effect.

6. My photos aren't the greatest and have red eye... can you fix that?
Please send the highest resolution photo you have and, if you have a favourite photo that needs a little photo enhancement, we always provide touch ups such as color correction and red eye removal at no addl charge. You can be sure that your photo will be the best that it can be as you are working with a professional designer proficient with industry leading Photoshop software.


7. How does it work if I want matching party graphics?
Matching graphics will be offered at a discounted price ONLY WHILE YOUR INVITATION IS IN PRODUCTION. Once you invitation completes production, if you haven't ordered any matching graphics your files are deleted and if you come back to order later then you will pay full price for them. Matching graphics are available for graphics up to 8 x 10 and must reflect your initial invitation design with a text only change.


8. Do you have a SERVICE GUARANTEE?
YES 100% satisfaction guarantee: Review our feedback and you will see that past buyers have been very satisfied.

9. Do you PRINT the invitations?
YES if you would like I can offer that service for you along with the digital file that I email you for printing. Printing would be done at a photo lab that is local to you (certain restrictions apply). I charge JUST $2 to upload the file to your local photo lab and you order, pick up and pay them for the prints. You purchase envelopes separately.

10. What forms of payment do you accept?
Payment is expected as soon as you purchase the auction. Paypal is the only accepted payment and you can pay with your credit card or bank account with paypal. Work does not begin on your project until payment is received. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU PAY WITH YOUR BANK ACCOUNT ECHECK VIA PAYPAL, PAYPAL PUTS A 4 BUSINESS DAY HOLD ON YOUR FUNDS TO ME. WORK WILL NOT BEGIN UNTIL THE PAYMENT CLEARS so if you are in a hurry, be sure to use your credit card in paypal.
