Welcome to Celtic Rose Emporium Hello! I have been an ebay seller for 6+ years! 99.9% of my experiences with buyers have been WONDERFUL! The only thing I find is I get an average of 5-8 "Where is my parcel" emails a week. This is why I have decided add this information for all of my buyers. Hopefully this will answer all questions you have about your parcel and where it is. First things first... YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS FROM CANADA! I do not live in the USA and your parcel will not get there priority mail and be at your doorstep in 2-3 days. It takes time, and unfortunately my teleporter is broken. With my teleporter broken, I have to rely on Canada Post. And good question - 'CAN WE RELY ON CANADA POST?'. Answer is YES! In 6 years I have only ever had TWO parcel go missing. I have sold tons of items and TWO have gone missing. So here is how it all works. 1. You pay (hopefully on time - as this makes my life and yours much easier and your package arrives much faster!) 2. I print your shipping label from paypal. If you are an APO address, I take it to the post office, because for some reason APO won't work with Canadian paypal shipping. Not sure why, but it doesn't. 3. I package your parcel all up nicely and drop it off. I need this stuff out of my house. Do you think I am going to have it sitting here longer than I need to? Once I sell something its goodbye, adiós, au revoir, Auf Wiedersehen, arrivederci, -well you get the point! 4. Canada Post then starts delivery. I imagine it ends up on a cute little white and red truck, which then ends up at a sorting plant, then it gets put on another truck, which transfers it to an airplane (for those of you over-seas - your package gets an AIRPLANE RIDE! WOOHOO!). For those of you in the US/Canada, I am not sure if yours gets an airplane ride or just a truck ride, but either way I am sure it is having fun making new package friends! 5. The package then arrives in its destination country and goes through customs and gets put on a truck to its new home - YOURS! Or maybe it sits in waiting at the post office for you to pick it up - either way it is waiting for you! Now this is where I have to mention..... This process does NOT happen OVERNIGHT! Your parcel WILL arrive in 7-15 BUSINESS DAYS! That means do not count Saturdays and Sundays or Stat Holidays! Please see the list of Canadian holiday dates. These are additional to any in your country. Please, before you email me wondering where your package is, go back and find the shipping notice you will have gotten one from paypal to confirm I made your label. Look at the date. Now look at a calendar. Count how many business days you are at. If you are over 15 business days, please email me. Also, that number you received from paypal shipping is NOT A TRACKING NUMBER! It is an insurance number. Canadian shipping works much differently. Those small packets under 1kg cannot be tracked. If you have a package OVER 1kg, you will have a tracking number and be able to track it. Also, it will not track it every step of the way like a fedex package, it shows that it was sent, crossed the border, and delivered to you. Now....LETS TALK FEEDBACK!!!! Ebay has these 'wonderful' little yellow stars for buyers to now use to rate us. If you are not a seller, you probably do not realize how these affect us. If we keep our little yellow stars at 4.5 or above each, we get some 'perks' from ebay. Our listings are shown first, sometimes we get a discount, we get to keep our powerseller status,etc... For the life of me, I can't figure out HOW OR WHY my yellow star for shipping time is sitting at 4.5 stars. I think my previous buyers feel they are rating the POSTAL SYSTEM...but this is WRONG WRONG WRONG....you are RATING ME - MOI - MI - MICH - again, you get the idea. How can this not be given a full 5 stars for fast shipping? THANK YOU FOR YOUR PURCHASE, I HOPE YOU ENJOY IT!!!
