Who are we?

The Arcuri family has been in the textile industry since the early nineteen hundreds. I, Frank Arcuri opened my jewelry store, independently from my family, in 1985. Now being a third-generation retailer, I have learned what it takes to meet my customer needs. I prefer to treat people the same way I would like to be treated; with fairness, honesty and respect. Always give people a little more than less. We are all about quality, value and service. I am nationally known for award-winning jewelry designs and fine craftsmanship. My career in jewelry has encompassed the complete process of selling, making and repairing jewelry from the initial design phase through the full scope of manufacturing. I have studied elements of design and rendering at the Ontario College of Art and George Brown College of Applied Arts And Technology in Toronto. I am actively involved with 3D modeling as well as computer-aided design and manufacturing aspects custom jewelry. Being a member of The Canadian Jewelers Association among other associations, Arcuri and on-line arcuri.ca is a full service retail trade shop in gold and platinum fabrication. Arcuri has long been known in the Canadian Jewelry industry as the source for the best and newest products coupled with the most knowledgeable staff, superior customer service and competitive pricing. Now that
you have won the auction, what happens?
If you are the winning bidder
– or have used the Buy It Now feature – your item is now reserved
for you.
- You will receive a “Congratulations, You’ve Won…”
email from us within minutes of the
auction closing. It will have detailed instructions for completing your purchase.
- If you don't receive an email from us after 12 hours, please contact us through eBay "Ask Seller A Question"
Most winners use our ClickOut service, where you can pay with a credit card
or a money order. If you pay with a credit card, ClickOut will NOT instantly
process the payment. You will see the message “ORDER PENDING: PAYMENT
IN PROCESS” along with your electronic invoice. Please allow up to two
additional days for credit verification. Once verified, your credit card will
be charged.
- Your order will ship within 1-3 business days upon verification of payment.
Unless there is a problem, you will not hear from us until you receive a shipping
confirmation email.
- The shipping confirmation email will be sent to you the night of the shipment.
Only shipments within North America will receive a tracking/confirmation number.
- Delivery time is 2-10 business days, provided you are a resident of Canada
or the continental US. All other shipments may take longer.
- Shipping charges will be combined and discounted for multiple purchases
on the same order when you use our ClickOut service.

- How do I pay for an item I won?
You will receive an email of congratulations containing instructions
on how to pay for your winning bid. Please be patient, it may take up to 24
hrs to be sent to you. You can also pay for your auction by following this

- I used your ClickOut service, did my payment go through?
If you have received an order
number after you completed the ClickOut service, we have received your payment.
Leaving your payment in our ClickOut service does not mean it is instantaneously
processed. We usually process your order within 2-4 business days. Once we
have processed your Visa, MasterCard, or money order, we will send you an
email with the tracking number of your package. If we had a problem processing
your payments, we will let you know via email.
- I
am In Canada, what is my total?
If you are a Canadian winner, we
will bill you in Canadian dollars at the current exchange rate and include
any applicable taxes.
- Where
do I send my money order?

and sent it to us with an incorrect amount, we cannot cash it and will have

- How
much is shipping?
The shipping charge is located both on the auction page as well as totaled
when you use our ClickOut service. All of our items are insured.
- How
long will shipping take?
We are in Canada and use UPS, Xpresspost / Priority or Air Mail
Service for North America, Air Mail for
International.
UPS or Xpresspost / Priority or Air
Mail generally takes 2-10 business days.
Air Mail can periodically
take up to 6 weeks, but typically 2 weeks to arrive.
These times are approximate
and can change based on geographical distance from Ontario, Canada.
- When was my item
shipped/ What is my tracking number?
You will receive an email
with the tracking number when your item has been shipped. We also provide
the link to the Canada Post web site so you may track your
package. Alternatively, you can track your package on the USPS or UPS web site as well. We insure all of our
items. We typically do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, Mondays or Holidays.
- Will you combine shipping charges?
Yes, when you use our ClickOut,
it will show you the discounted total shipping for all your auctions.
- Will
I be charged tariffs and/or duties?
Many countries impose their
own duties, tariffs, taxes, etc. on items being shipped from a foreign country.
Every country is different. We are not responsible for your country’s
imposed taxes and other charges. We always ship our items with proper documents
and always state the value of the goods as well as the contents of the package.

- When
do you/please provide feedback
We always reciprocate positive feedback
at the end of the transaction. We want to be sure we leave the opportunity
for our buyers to approach us with any issues or problems up to the end of
the transaction and that we have the opportunity to fix any problems that
may occur between payment and receipt of the item.
Our feedback is very
important to us and we always try to have a positive end to every transaction.
If you have a problem, a simple email or phone call is all it takes to resolve
the problem before posting negative or neutral feedback.
- What
if I'm unhappy with my auction item?
Exchange Policy
Auction items can be returned for replacement or repair only if defective.
If the item you receive is not in satisfactory condition, email us within 5
days of receipt of the item for return instructions. We will exchange,
repair, or, if the item is no longer available, issue a refund. Items can be
returned ONLY if they are in as-sold condition and in the original packaging.
Ship the item(s) in a shipping box, prepaid and insured. Mark the shipment "Canadian
goods being returned". We do not accept collect packages. Items will not
be accepted back without prior contact & a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number.
All new items, unless otherwise noted in the description, include the manufacturer's
warranty.
Shipping, duty, brokerage, & insurance charges are non-refundable.
Sorry, exchanges will not be handled at of our retail location.
