Returns:

We offer a full refund of merchandise price within 5 days of reception. Shipping charges are NON-refundable. Items that have been used, modified in any way, or accidentally damaged or damaged as a result of misuse or abuse are NON-refundable. The merchandise must be returned in its original condition and must be in its original packaging making sure to include all accompanying documents (i.e. receipts, instructions, etc.)

Warrantee:

Your watch is warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in material and workmanship for normal use. Any defects in manufacture will be repaired at no additional charge if the warranty period has not expired. This warranty does not apply to case, leather strap, metal bracelet or batteries. Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, accident or normal wear and tear is not covered by this warranty. The warranty is void if the defect relating to servicing is not performed by Gemlavi.
