Q1.  Do you combine shipping on your auctions?

A1.  Yes - absolutely!  I only charge actual shipping costs but do include a nominal fee to cover shipping materials, GST, and the Canada Post imposed fuel surcharge.  The more auctions you win - the more you save!

Q2. What's your shipping schedule?

A2.  I ship every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday afternoons.  Payment must be received the evening before a scheduled trip to the post office, otherwise, the package will have to go on the next scheduled day.  I always e-mail shipping details and tracking information (if available) on the same day packages are shipped.  PLEASE REMEMBER, if you're paying by e-cheque, I am obligated to wait until the cheque clears your bank BEFORE shipping anything.  I do accept personal cheques, but again, they MUST clear your bank before I ship.

Q3. What shipping methods are available and are any other services available that are not posted in your listings?

A3.  I ship everything via Canada Post -- with most envelopes leaving via Expedited Service (within Canada).  The main reason is due to the cost -- I haven't been able to find a cheaper (and more reliable) service when shipping  within Canada.  The Expedited service includes tracking and insurance up to $100.00 without additional charge.  Additional insurance can be purchased on amounts over $100.00 - the rate is $1.50 for each $100.00. 

When shipping international to the U.S., or anywhere else in the world, I use International Small Packets -- SURFACE Service.  There is a 2 kg limit on this service though so if you're bidding on more than one of my auctions, please request a shipping quote first.  Some of my metal LOTS are heavy so things could add up to 2 kg's pretty quick.  Above 2 kg's, and shipping options get really expensive.  Better to check with me first so I can weigh your items and get you a rate before you make a commitment. 

Please allow sufficient time for goods to clear through customs and to arrive at your location. 

For ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (excluding the U.S.)  - it could take up to anywhere between 60-90 days to arrive at your location, via SURFACE, from Canada, so please keep this in mind when bidding.  If you need your items sooner, I can quote a rate for International Air - just request it before making a payment.  Please do not pay for SURFACE shipping and then expect your items in less than 60-90 days.

Rates included in my listings are my best guestimates (since I have no idea where my winning bidder will reside).  In the event that I am able to ship the packages for less than posted in the listing, a partial refund will be issued automatically.  My shipping costs ARE NOT a profit center so fear not that you'll be over-charged!

***NOTE : All of my items are new and come from a pet-free-and smoke-free home.  My items ARE NEVER packaged in flimsy envelopes!  Everything is shipped in quality padded envelopes/mailers so everything is in one-piece upon arrival.

Q4.  Can pick-ups be arranged?

A4.  Occasionally, pick-ups/meetings can be arranged if you live in the Surrey or North Delta Area. Please keep in mind that I have two small children, work full-time, and have a life outside of E-bay.  Sometimes, a meeting may not be easily arranged but I'll do what I can -- just e-mail and we'll work something out.  Payment is expected BEFORE a scheduled pick-up or meeting -- SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS!

MORE NOTES:  Payment for all auctions must be received within 5 days of auction close.  If you are still bidding on my auctions, please let me know.  Failure to communicate with me (using Ebay's CONTACT SELLER link) within 5 days will result in a filing of an Ebay claim and the items will be relisted. 

Timely payment from you ensures there are future auctions with low starting bids as well as reasonable shipping costs.  

In the last 30 days, I have had 9 non-paying bidders!  DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT FULFILL YOUR OBLIGATION IF YOU WIN!!!!
