How much is it to ship this item to my country?

Do you ship to my country?

Yes we ship worldwide.

Is this item genuine/authentic?

Yes we guarantee our items to be 100% genuine. We do not sell any replicas.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, international money order, cashier’s cheque, and western union or bank wire transfer.

Can you please send me the total for my purchase?

Please do not email us requesting a total for your purchase. We will send the invoice at the end of the auction.

I have a problem with my purchase, what can I do?

Please contact us with a description of the problem within 3 days of receipt. Please include the item number in the email. If a return needs to be made please follow our instructions to return the item.

Did you ship my item yet?

Please do not email us after you have paid asking whether your item has been shipped. If you have paid, your item will be sent out within 24-48 hours.

When will my item arrive?

Shipping times do vary depending on postal traffic and other uncontrollable factors (i.e. package inspection, holidays, etc.). Usually packages are quick to arrive but once in a while there may be delays so please be patient.

Did you receive my payment?

Please do not send us emails asking whether we received your payment through Paypal. You can verify if the transaction went through by checking your account. If we have not received your payment we will let you know.

I still didn’t receive my item, can you help me?

If after 14 business days the item has not arrived please contact us so we can further assist you. Please include the item number in all emails.

Will I get charged taxes and duties for this item?

Most of our items do not get charged tax or duty fees. We know there is nothing more annoying than receiving the item and then having to pay extra fees for something we may have already paid for. We do our best to help our buyers so they do not have to pay unexpected fees.
