Shipping & Handling:

• All Bidders must pay the shipping and handling charge when making their payments.
• Shipping cost varies depending on your Provinces/Postal code for Canada and States/Zip Code for USA; we strive to set the shipping costs to reflect, as close as possible, the actual shipping cost to your region. Please note that a small handling fee is added to account for the packing and handling of the items
• Please email us if you have any doubt or question on shipping and handling cost
• All items will be shipped via Canada Post or Federal Express by our discretion. Most items are shipped in their original packages, especially gifts and larger items. Some items (like cables and adaptors), however, may be re-packed or shipped without original packages to reduce your shipping cost; please email us if you want to have them ship in the original package for those items (shipping cost may be higher)
• For US and international Bidders, please be aware that you are responsible for any additional Customs duties/taxes or shipping charges required by the Customs of the corresponding countries;
• Please consider shipping insurance. It can, in most cases, cover your shipment of up to $100.

Combine shipping & handling

• If you buy more than one items, we do offer combine shipping and handling charge to save your shipping cost.

Return/Exchange/Refund

• All sales are final. In the event when the item is faulty or not functional, it must be returned within 7 days after receiving the item, refund will be given as money back or replacement.
• Please note that the shipping and handling cost is not refundable and 20% restocking fees apply for all returns.

Lost or Damaged in Shipping

• Please consider shipping insurance of your items; as we are not responsible for any lost or damage of your items in shipping.
• In the event that your item is lost or damaged in shipping; we will contact Canada Post for you for the any possible claim. Should there be any legitimate claim from Canada Post; we will send it to you as soon as the claim is issued.
