The artist

Hello, My name is Glenn Nordal and I am a Canadian artist. Selling My art on Ebay has been a long and involved journey. I started carving my mystical characters and mythological themes 4 years ago, selling at Art Fairs and wherever I could. The medium I use is a fired sandstone which creates totally random patterns so no two pieces will ever be the same. It is fired in huge blocks then cut, carved and hardened using a special process that I developed which keeps it looking natural.
I have aways been interested in art, doing oil painting in my younger days but never persuing it full time. Taking the plunge four years ago to do it full time was quite a step but I have never been one to walk away from a challange. It has been one of the most satisfying and creative endevours that I have ever encountered in my life. I enjoy it a great deal and have sold my art all over the world.
