Winter is just around the corner, and Christmas fallows close behind. If you would like Maple Products for The Season .

North Hatley.Qc.Canada. My space, tranquille

Hi! my name is Florence, i have work and learn all of my life. i find people interesting, i am a better listener than talker, i am considered by my friends (love them all) a longer. Love communication of all kind.

My store is call kanada4u, i will be selling maple syrup products of all kinds, I will have a lin of maple products Biologic. These product as the seal of recommendation from Canada.

As per demands i will be offering light, medium and amber.

Let me explain the difference!

Light Maple Syrup is the first run of sap of the season, this is a clear maple syrup with less bark taste, surly very sweet.

Medium light the 1/2 run of the season not quite dark and not quite light it comes around the end of February.

medium is darker heavy-er and with a light bark taste, very sweet to the taste with a special taste to the syrup, that is original to maple syrup.

Amber will come around the beginning of March if lucky, some seasons we have more medium some other season we have less depending on the temperature .

Alway 100% maple sap.

and see you on the net.

My real business name is : antique1930quille. but it was to long to but on my space. thank you, good luck to all.

Winter is almost here

Spring is just around the corner.

In no time at all i will have the 2010 Maple Products, hope the season is great. As per the weather we have been having we predict an abundance of syrup, candies on time, maple butter, maple soft sugar, maple caramel.

I have a line of Biologic products, when the sap runs, the producer boils it to over 1000 degree, it store in barrels. The producers sale the products in barrels to other countries, when I have a new listing the producer made 100 canes of maple syrup for me, Biologic maple syrup is to hard to find, the trees are in the forest, the rain falls on it and so on, I can not bring myself in believing in that product as being biologic. We can not during the season make 100 of cans and sale them during the season, The boiled sap is store in warehouses Hermeticamente closed and used when needed.

Je parle francais.

have a nice day.

bonne journee

Queue de castor

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 5 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 1 pinch white sugar
  • 1 cup warm milk
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 5 cups whole wheat flour, or as needed
  •
  • 1 quart oil for frying
  •
  • 2 cups white sugar, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)

  1. In a large bowl, stir together the yeast, warm water, and a pinch of sugar. Let stand until slightly foamy, about 5 minutes.
  2. When the yeast is foamy, add the other 1/3 cup of sugar, milk, vanilla, eggs, oil and salt, and stir until smooth. Mix in about 3 cups of the flour, stirring with a spoon, then gradually add more flour, turning the dough out onto a floured surface when it is firm enough to handle. Knead for 5 to 8 minutes adding flour as needed to form a firm elastic dough. Place dough in a greased bowl, and cover. Let rise until doubled, about 30 to 40 minutes.
  3. Gently deflate the dough, and pinch off a golf ball-sized piece of dough. On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll the ball out to an oval. Set aside to rest covered with a tea towel, and continue with remaining dough.
  4. Heat about 4 inches of oil for frying in a deep-fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). If you do not have a deep fryer, a wok or Dutch oven will work. I toss in a tiny bit of dough and see if it sizzles and swells immediately. If it does, the oil temperature is where it should be.
  5. Just before placing the beaver tails in the oil, stretch the ovals out into a tail shape, thinning and enlarging them as you do. Carefully place the tails in the hot oil one or two at a time. Fry, turning once, until the tails are a deep brown, about 1 to 2 minutes per side. Remove using tongs and drain on paper towels.
  6. Place remaining 2 cups of sugar in a large bowl, and stir in cinnamon if you are using it. Toss beaver tails in the sugar bowl while they are still hot. Shake off excess.

This recipe of queue de castor is the closess i could get to the real one.

you can use boiling maple syrup to cook them in smaller 1/2 a golf ball-size of dough .
