Thanks for showing some curiosity and dropping by my eBay About Me page. Having been a long time computer lover and user, I set out to build a business involving them. My travels have led me here, to the eBay community, marketing various things that people want and honing my marketing skills.

Terms & Conditions of Service

I will e-mail the winner with the total amount to be paid once the auction is closed and has been won.  All winning bidders must make contact within 72 hours after the auction close (as per eBay rules) to let me know how and when payment will be made.  Communication is key!  Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close through PayPal or credit card through PayPal.  Otherwise, I will have no choice but to file a dispute, leave negative feedback and "Second Chance" or re-list the item.  REMEMBER: -by bidding and winning on an auction, it is a contract to purchase and you are obligated by law to pay.

Auctions will explicitly quote shipping & handling costs. I like using XpressPost when I am able and it is practical.  I can also ship via UPS. Please e-mail for alternate delivery options and costs or go here to find out if I am able to ship to your country via Canada Post. The item will be shipped usually on the same business day as payment is received and cleared.

Although most carriers are good & dependable most of the time, ship happens (ha, ha) or rather, sometimes it doesn't.  I recommend that you buy insurance (& delivery confirmation) if you don't choose to use Xpresspost.  The item must have insurance if you want to make a claim to Canada Post (or the relevant carrier) for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & Refunds

Returns & Refunds are allowed only IF the item has been inaccurately described in the final auction listing OR the item is defective UNLESS the auction listing specifically states that there are no refunds for an "as-is" item.  Each auction will specifically state whether Returns/Refunds are accepted.  To receive a refund:

1. you must contact me within the time specified in the auction, usually 30 days (from the day you receive the item);
2. I will e-mail you proper instructions on where to mail your return (you pay for shipping);
3. The item must be postmarked within 7 business days of my e-mail; and
4. I must confirm that it is in the original condition that it was sent (please make damage claims to the carrier if item is insured).

Once all of these conditions have been met, a refund for the amount of your winning bid minus eBay & PayPal fees will be immediately issued through PayPal or another mutually agreed method. Shipping & Handling costs cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Privacy Policy

Any and all information that is collected (intentionally and/or incidentally) as a part of buying & selling on eBay will be held in the strictest of confidence and will not be sold, rented or shared with any other parties.
