Brochure World E-Bay store seller's policies
CONDITION OF SALE
All items sold in this E-Bay store are sold as is, in the condition described in each item listing, without further warranty. All items are drawn only from a private collection originating from a single owner, and are sold as is.
SHIPPING CARRIER / METHOD, HANDLING CHARGES
Buyer pays for all shipping charges incurred, will ship worldwide. Final shipping carrier type and shipping method to be confirmed / agreed with buyer following successful acquisition of items through the item's auction or fixed price listing. Most brochure or items of printed matter are sent via regular postal air mail, unless the buyer specifies or requests otherwise. Brochure World may also suggest enhanced shipping carriers / methods from time to time based on the particular item involved in the transaction. All items are shipped from western Canada.
Because Brochure World ships worldwide, it is impossible to pre-quote all combinations of shipping/handling charges for all destinations and available shipping methods and shipping options. Therefore, please be sure to contact the seller before any bidding or buying regarding total shipping and handling charges, if this information is of importance to you before you make any purchases. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the seller to confirm such charges based on shipping destination location and buyer preferred shipping options before proceeding with any transaction. Please be sure to indicate all items you are interested in purchasing, when making contact with the seller for an estimation of shipping and handling charges.
Seller will be directly responsible under all circumstances for direct payment to a shipping carrier for all item shipments, and under no circumstances will the seller accept the use of third party courier billing accounts for payment or coverage of carrier shipping costs. Seller does not involve any billing account not registered directly with seller, for the purpose of carrier costs payment or coverage. Seller shall provide the buyer prior to entry into any transaction, a quotation for total shipping and handling charges for a given shipment, whereby handling charges may include applicable materials costs and other expenses involved in the acquisition of such materials for the shipment as determined by the seller. The supplied total shipping and handling charges will be the sole quotation buyer shall receive for assessment of total acquisition costs of any given transaction prior to purchase. If you do not agree with the shipping and handling charges quoted, seller does not wish to enter into such transactions under these circumstances. In this case, you are recommended to shop elsewhere for the items you are looking for. If you agree with the quoted shipping and handling charges, this charge will be billed to you on the invoice issued for the transaction in question.
PAYMENT POLICIES
STRICTLY PAY PAL ONLY - unless bidders or buyers inquires with seller before committing to an auction bid or purchase. Seller reserves the right to decline alternate forms of payment. Please inquire first before bidding or buying if you cannot or will not pay via Pay Pal. Do not acquire items in listings and then discuss alternative payment methods with seller afterwards. You will risk receiving less than positive E-Bay feedback in this case. Thank you.
Payment reminder to buyer is forwarded 4 days after purchase of an item. Payment is fully due within 7 days from successful acquisition of an item. There will be no exceptions. Non-payment beyond 7 days with out prompt communications from buyer will result in negative E-Bay feedback, as well as the prompt commencement of the E-Bay non-paying bidder / buyer filing process on the buyer's E-Bay user ID.
Buyers are welcome to combine acquired items within a 5-day period into a single shipment, but all goods acquired within each 5-day period starting with the date of the first unpaid item are due for full payment after 5-days before additional items are to be acquired / purchased.
Unless there are technical problems with shipped items or such items grossly deviates from that as described in the item description, all sales are final. No returns or refunds on completed transactions that are fully paid and/or shipped.
DETERMINATION OF ITEM COMPATIBILITY OR SUITABILITY
Please note that it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to determine compatibility or suitability of any given item that is purchased PRIOR to its purchase. The seller in general, never question the reasons for your purchase of any given item. If you have uncertainities prior to your purchase regarding the content or other details of the item that may affect your purchase decision, it is the sole responsibility of the buyer to contact the seller PRIOR to entry into the legally binding contract via the BUY IT NOW or bidding process, by using E-Bay listing functions such as the ASK THE SELLER A QUESTION link to contact the actual seller of the item. Non-suitability of an item for the purpose of the buyer DOES NOT affect, alter or relieve the buyer of the E-Bay legally binding contract and buyer obligations to complete a transaction with full payment.
DETERMINATION OF SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGES
It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to confirm the total shipping and handling charges to their country with the seller PRIOR to its purchase, by using the ASK THE SELLER A QUESTION function in the listing. If the buyer purchases the item without prior confirmation with the seller regarding shipping and handling charges, the buyer agrees by entry into the transaction that he/she will complete the transaction with full payment for the amount of shipping and handling charges as determined by the seller after the purchase as occured. In any case, the buyer's binding contractual obligation to complete the transaction remains unaltered.
SELLER ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
It is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to ensure that the ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS that the seller accepts for payment of any item, is a payment method that the buyer is capable of using, and that the buyer has read, understood and agreed to payment methods listed as accepted by the seller, BEFORE the buyer enters into a transaction. If a buyer cannot pay using the seller's required payment methods, it is the SOLE RESPONSIBILITY of the buyer to CONSULT with the seller PRIOR to purchase regarding APPROVAL of ALTERNATIVE PAYMENT METHODS. If due to neglect or carelessness that the buyer purchases an item and is unable to pay using accepted payment methods, the buyer is still fully obligated to consult with the seller after purchase, regarding alternate payment methods that the seller may accept, and complete full payment in a timely manner in order to fulfill the buyer's binding contractual obligation within the payment period required. In any case, the buyer's binding contractual obligation to complete the transaction remains unaltered.
