If you need more photos of the item or if you need more information please contact us via EBay (for photos please send your email address). We only sell authentic items. If you need any point of the description clarified, please drop us a line. If you are concerned about the authenticity of an item, by all means please contact us to get more details or close up pictures. We will do our very best to return all messages within 48 hours.

Condition of Items

Our items come from a variety of sources including, but not limited to: wholesalers, retail stores, consignment, resale shops, garage sales, and so on. We will do my very best to make sure that it is the cleanest possible condition. If there are any flaws, we will note them. We are very picky about what we sell on EBay. Our home is smoke and pet free

Accepted Payments and Payment Terms

Paypal is preferred; we also accept POSTAL money orders (any other kind will be returned to sender), Certapay, or Certified Checks. Please send money orders (ONLY PINK postal money orders if you are a resident of the USA) or certified checks within 48 hours of item purchase or auction win and please send a message to tell me that the money order is in the mail. We are flexible with payment time to some degree. Our Selling Manager will send you an auto payment reminder after five days. If payment is not received within seven days we will file a non paying bidder reminder. If you do not respond to this reminder, we will end communication and leave negative feedback.

Local Pickups

We reserve the right to deny local pickups if you have negative feedback. If you wish to pickup locally, please notify us within 24 hrs of your auction win, and plan to pickup with 24-48 hours. Cash is accepted for local pickups (Canadian funds), if bringing cash, bring correct change, we do not provide change.

The Buyer / Seller Relationship

There will be a 10% surcharge for surly or grumpy buyers. We are kidding of course, but please keep it nice. Remember that we can not tell you where the package is if it has left our hands and is in the postal system.

Shipping

Announcing swifter shipping! Shipping is now completely handled by Glenn, the dad in this household. Most packages will be shipped within 48 hours. If you need something quickly, we will be happy to help you out by sending ASAP. If you need to receive the item by a specific date, please email for a shipping quote for an appropriate shipping method.

We purchase most non letter mail shipping via Paypal, and occasionally through Canada Post's Online Business Center (the latter if Paypal Shipping is "down" or if you have sent a payment other than Paypal). Paypal or Canada Post in turn will send you a notice that postage has been purchased. If the shipping method is regular surface or airmail to the USA, this notification is NOT tracking, it is simply a courtesy email. WE personally guarantee that the item has been shipped if you receive an email that it has been shipped

We are not responsible for the speed of shipping once the item has been accepted by the post office or courier company. We cannot predict if customs will delay your package. We are not responsible for any import or VAT taxes. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Most importantly, we will not provide a refund if the postal service has delivered you package slower than expected as that is beyond our control.

We will gladly give you more than one shipping option so that you can prioritize based on cost or speed.

We can provide tracking for some shipping methods, if you require tracking it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to request it and I will provide you with a quote that includes tracking. You must do this before payment is made and before the item is shipped. Our shipping quotes in every auction or store item description are for the least expensive shipping method.

We try to recycle packaging insofar as is possible - it's good for the environment and it keeps costs down.

If insurance is included in your shipping payment, we can make a claim with Canada Post only after 30 BUSINESS days have passed since the SHIPMENT date. Please check your spam filter for my shipment email in the case that it is not in your regular inbox. Please remember that letter mail shipping is at your own risk - it is not insured or traceable. Please allow adequate time for shipping taking into consideration any customs delays (we are located in Canada) and long distance travel from point of shipping to your location.

It is our pleasure to accommodate special requests and to do personal shopping on your behalf. We will gladly create a private auction or store item. Please do not hesitate ask for an item that we do not have in store, we may be able to find what you are looking for  < TR>



To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
