I BASE ALL MY FITNESS AND EXERCISE PROGRAMS
ON THE FOLLOWING TWO PRINCIPALS.
Fitness Principal #1:
FITNESS TRAINING AND CONDITIONING, FOR THE MOST BENEFITS
SHOULD BE PERFORMED
STANDING ON YOUR FEET( when possible*).
my #2.Fitness Principal:
FITNESS TRAINING AND CONDITIONING, FOR THE MOST BENEFITS, SHOULD
BE PERFORMED WITH EQUIPMENT THAT ALLOWS THE FULLEST AND GREATEST
AMOUNT OF FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT IN ALL DIRECTIONS
OF ALL MUSCLES AND JOINTS WITHOUT STRESS OR STRAIN.
If you’re a Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, PilatesTeacher,
Yoga Instructor, Sports or Strength Coach, Aerobics Instructor…etc. you’ll understand.
Exercising with bands and tubing meets these pricipals and exceeds the benefits and results
on a treadmill, exercise bike, Bow flex, Weights, Pulleys
and most other gym equipment.
I believe that exercising should be simple, easy,
enjoyable, convenient, affordable and stress free. Testimonials Feb 14,2009 Dear wngrandkids,
I LOVE the bands. I have Fibromyalgia and they are just right, they don't make me sore when I use them. You said if I was interested in exercise ideas to let you know, well I am interested. THANK YOU so very much. Beth

August 2009. Dear wngrandkids,
I love the bands! Can you recommend a book/books, or a website, that illustrate exercises that I can do with the bands that would be good for upper and lower body workouts? Thank you for a great product, great service, and fast delivery. I look forward to your response. yourgardenangel.
-yourgardenangel 1. Dear wngrandkids. May 20/09 I received the exercise bands several days ago and I've had a chance to try them out. I am very pleased. They are comfortable to use - just long enough for the workout I wanted them for, there is no unpleasant smell or powders and they stretch nicely. They are just as I was hoping they would be. Thank you very much. -pandakp349 July 30/09 Dear wngrandkids,
Awesome! They arrived in impeccable shape, have no smell and after stretching them a couple of times seem very durable; exactly as described. If I ever need more, I'll definitely come back here.
Thank you for prompt delivery and great service.
-virux1984 August 2009 Dear wngrandkids,
Vince,
It's always a pleasure doing business with you - I think these are the third set of bands I've ordered. Your fast service and great prices keep me coming back!
cheers, Mark
