Sample Orders
Sample orders are welcomed and encouraged, especially if you are having trouble deciding between several items. Most items do not have minimum order except for personalized favors, or items packaged as “set” by manufacturer. Our items are located in several different warehouses, and we will gladly combine shipping where possible.
Rush Orders
Rush order is available with most of out items. Please check listing for details. Keep in mind that personalized items do take time to process. Additional fees may apply to rush orders. To determine whether an item is available for rush order, please contact us to verify the processing and shipping time. Keep in mind that certain items are heavy and can be expensive to ship UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day.
Payment Methods
Payment is expected within 7 days of purchase. We currently accept PayPal only, as it offers the fastest turnaround time and allow us to process your order right away to avoid backorders due to payment delayed through the mailing process.
Shipping
We ship to any address in the US and Canada serviced by UPS unless otherwise stated in the auction. No PO boxes or APO orders. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will ship via UPS Ground or UPS Second Day Air. Shipping to anywhere other than the Continental United States may incur additional shipping charge. Please contact us for shipping cost to your location prior to ordering. Orders shipped to a Canada via UPS Standard, and may incur duties and taxes as determined by local government. We are not responsible for any delays associated with border crossing, and taxes or duties associated with the shipment.
We try our best to offer flat rate shipping that beats the actual shipping cost so you know exactly how much you're paying. We will gladly combine shipping where possible. Most of our items are shipped directly from the manufacture which is the most cost effective.
Items Received Damaged
All items are carefully packaged by the manufacturer. If you receive an item that is damage, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will have the manufacturer send you a replacement or we will issue a credit. All orders that are received damaged or short must be claimed within 14 days of receiving the merchandise in order to receive a replacement or refund.
Returns
We search the world for the highest quality accessories and favors. However, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and return the merchandise within 14 days of receipt. We will then send a replacement or credit you for the item. Personalized items may not be returned.
Due to abuse, you must contact us within 30 days of order placement, if your item has not arrived. We will not be held responsible for notifications after that time.
Availability
Item is in stock and ready to ship by the manufacturer at the time the auction started. Certain items may become out of stock without warning due to high demand. We do our best to update the listing with backorder information should it become necessary.
If an item you have paid for is on backorder, you will have a choice of receiving a full refund or be placed on backorder for that item.
To ensure availability, contact us prior to ordering. Avoid payment delays by utilizing paypal. We will process your order within 24 hours upon payment receipt.
